By accessing and using HoldTan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
HoldTan provides quantitative trading tools, including an AI trading coach, EA (automated trading program) generation, cloud backtesting, and MT5 terminal management. The service provides information and tools only; it is not investment advice, not discretionary account management, and guarantees no returns.
Trading involves substantial risk of loss, and you may lose all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Our tools and AI recommendations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice; all trading decisions and outcomes are your responsibility.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and broker/exchange API keys. You agree not to share access with unauthorized parties and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Fees, billing cycle (monthly/yearly), and contents of paid plans are as shown at checkout. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are currently one-time and do not auto-renew; fees may be inclusive of or subject to applicable taxes.
Digital services are generally non-refundable once activated, except where required by law or as otherwise stated by us. Approved refunds will reclaim the corresponding plan benefits or credits.
You agree not to: abuse, reverse-engineer, make unauthorized automated bulk requests, circumvent usage limits or payment mechanisms, distribute malicious content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
All intellectual property in the service and its content (excluding data you input) belongs to HoldTan or its licensors. During your subscription you receive a limited, non-transferable license and may not use the service beyond the scope of these terms.
We strive for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoldTan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including trading losses or lost profits); our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The service may integrate with third parties such as brokers, exchanges, and payment providers. Such third parties are governed by their own terms, and HoldTan is not responsible for their actions or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
