To provide, maintain, and improve our trading tools and services (including AI analysis, EA generation, and backtesting), process subscriptions and payments, provide support, detect abuse, secure accounts, and—where you have consented—send service communications.
We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session and security, and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can manage or disable non-essential cookies via your browser, though some features may be affected.
We apply industry-standard measures to protect your personal and trading data. Broker/exchange API keys and credentials are encrypted at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary with service providers who help us operate (e.g., payments [ECPay], email delivery, cloud hosting), who may process data only on our instructions; and where required by law or to protect rights. We may share de-identified, aggregated statistics for research.
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal (including tax and accounting) requirements. After the retention period or account deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal data unless the law requires otherwise.
Subject to applicable law, you may access, copy, correct, supplement, request deletion of, or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw prior consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@holdtan.io.
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located where we or our providers operate, which may involve cross-border transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers meet applicable protection standards.
This service is not directed to minors. If you have not reached the age of full legal capacity under applicable law, do not use the service or provide personal data.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
